Meetup location:
Both the 5K Run and the 1K Walk have the same starting point. The location is south of Deer Pen Road and west of Spring Road. On the park map below it is picnic area #22.

5K Run Course Description:
Start at picnic area #22, north to Deer Pen Road, slight right to Spring Road, Along spring road up hill to West Road, South on West Road to trun off just before restaurant, down hill, along Grenadier Pond to Queensway, along Queensway to Spring Road, along spring road to Deer Pen Road, left turn then down roadway back to start.

Parking:
Limited parking will be available in the Deer Pen Parking Lot which is near the start/finish area; enter off Parkside Drive at High Park Boulevard. Parking also available on Parkside Drive.
